Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Urban Vision Ads LLC ("we") collects when you use Papi's Playhouse, and how we use it. Papi's Playhouse is only for people 18 and older.

What we collect

• Account details: your legal first and last name, your nickname (customers) or stage name (performers), your email address, and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself. Your legal name is never shown to other members; only your nickname or stage name is.
• Consent records: the date and time you accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, and confirmed you are 18 or older.
• Performer identity and records (performers only): performers verify a government photo ID with a selfie through Didit. When the check passes we keep the record that U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) requires: your legal name, date of birth, address, the ID's type, issuer, number and expiry, a copy of the ID images, and every stage name you perform under. Identity fields are encrypted, ID images are kept on private storage that is never published, and only authorised administrators can read them. Customers are not asked for ID.
• Profile content (performers): your stage name, bio and pictures, and your shows. These are visible to members and, for public shows, to visitors.
• Activity: tickets, tips, token purchases and your token ledger, private show requests, and show invitations.
• Payments: memberships and tokens are paid through Stripe, and performer payouts are made through Stripe Connect. We receive identifiers and payment status, never your full card or bank number.
• Security logs: sign-ins, failed sign-ins (with IP address) and account changes, kept in an audit log.
• Contact form: your name, email address, message and IP address, kept so we can answer you.

How we use it

• To run the platform: list shows, sell tickets, open show rooms, carry tips and private show requests.
• To take membership and token payments, and to pay performers.
• To meet our record-keeping duties for performers.
• To keep accounts secure and investigate abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Other members see your nickname or stage name, and a performer's profile and shows.
• Stripe processes payments and performer payouts.
• Didit checks a performer's ID and selfie and tells us the result, with the ID's details and images.
• LiveKit carries the audio and video of show rooms.
• MailerSend delivers our emails about your account.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one keeps you signed in (a random token, unreadable by scripts) and one may carry a one-time message to the next page. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Your profile, pictures, shows and wallet are deleted. Performer records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, audit log entries and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@papisplayhouse.net.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you when you next sign in.
