Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Urban Vision Ads LLC for your use of Papi's Playhouse. By creating an account you accept them.

Who may use Papi's Playhouse

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Customers

• Tokens are bought in bundles through Stripe and spent on tickets and tips. Tokens have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged back for money.
• If a show is cancelled before it goes live, its tickets are refunded in tokens. Tips are final.
• Membership costs $10.00 per month until you cancel; a customer's first subscription starts with a free 7-day trial. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period. A membership is needed to ask for and attend a private show.
• Recording, copying or redistributing any show is forbidden.

Performers

• Before you schedule or perform, you must verify your government photo ID through our verification provider. We keep the records the law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2257).
• Everyone who appears in your shows must be an adult who has consented, and must be a verified performer on Papi's Playhouse.
• You are paid for the tokens customers spend on your tickets and tips, at the rate in force when they were spent, through Stripe Connect once your payout account is set up.
• You may perform under one account in one place at a time.

Conduct

No content involving minors, non-consent, violence, or anything illegal where you or the viewer are. No harassment, spam, or attempts to get around our security. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Except where the law or these terms say otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Our service

We work to keep Papi's Playhouse available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. A performer who is still owed earnings is paid out first.
