Customer Terms of Service

Platform: Papis Playhouse
Operator: Urban Vision Ads LLC
Effective Date: April 15, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Role of Platform

Papis Playhouse is a marketplace connecting customers with independent artists. Urban Vision Ads LLC is not a party to transactions between customers and artists.

3. Ticket Purchases

All transactions are between you and the Artist. Review all Event information carefully before purchase.

4. Refunds

Canceled event: full refund. Rescheduled event: option to attend or receive a full refund. No-show by customer: no refund.

5. Event Responsibility

Artists are solely responsible for their Events. Papis Playhouse does not guarantee Event quality, content, or delivery.

6. Conduct

Be respectful. Artists may remove attendees for misconduct without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Papis Playhouse and Urban Vision Ads LLC are not liable for Event cancellations, delays, or any damages arising from platform use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
