REFUND POLICY
Platform: Bandit Broadcasts
Effective Date: April 15, 2026
1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy governs all refund requests for Events on Bandit Broadcasts.
2. EVENT CANCELLATION
Customers are eligible for a full refund. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days.
3. EVENT RESCHEDULING
Customers may transfer ticket to new date or request full refund within 7 days.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
No refund for customers who do not attend.
5. TECHNICAL ISSUES
Reported within 24 hours of Event completion. Refunds at Platform discretion.
6. PROCESSING
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.
